Letterhead

The University maintains a contract with Dupli as the University’s exclusive standard and digital stationary provider. Stationery can be ordered using the Workday UR Procurement (P2P) system and creating a catalog requisition.

The Dupli catalog also has a feature to request and retrieve quotes.

Questions on how to create a catalog requisition or request or retrieve quotes from Dupli can be directed to the Procurement Service Center at 585-275-2012.

Email signatures

Email is one of the most common ways people experience the University of Rochester brand. Consistent email signatures present a polished, unified identity across thousands of daily communications.

Following the University’s signature format:
